It is mandatory to have your medicOTA reference ID , when you visit Clinic/ Hospital/PathLab. It helps your appointment confirmation by SMS or mail while connecting medicOTA support . These are proof of confirmation which helps us to assist you faster in case of any queries or issues .

What is the duration for delivery of medicines?
It will take 24 hours to deliver the product and depend upon your location too .
